Purpose & Legal Basis

We process your data on the basis of consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)) solely for the purpose of maintaining the ISC2 NL Chapter member registry and sending chapter-related communications.

Retention

Your data is retained for as long as you are a member of the chapter, or until you withdraw your consent. Data is deleted within 30 days of a valid deletion request.

Your Rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, and port your data, as well as to withdraw consent at any time. Contact us at info@chapter.isc2.nl to exercise these rights. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
